Setting up your Freshdesk Trigger

When a specified event occurs on a task or a project in Freshdesk, this will Trigger.

1. To start creating this , select “Intelligent connected apps” menu icon and then click on “Create new ” button.

2. Give a name for your .

3. Go to next screen by clicking the green arrow button.

4. Select Freshdesk which is to trigger your from the list of apps(Trigger is an event which starts the ).

5. Connect your Freshdesk account to Rapidomize and authorize Rapidomize to access your Freshdesk account.

6. Follow Guidance “Freshdesk”. Once connected, press “select” key to select your Freshdesk account.

7. Select the action “When an event occurs on a task or project” from the list of actions.

8. Select the workspace you want to monitor.
9. Select the project or the task you are interested in. Don’t select both.

10. Test and retrieve sample data of your Trigger by clicking on “Test / Get Sample Data”.
11. Proceed with the desired action.
